Belly Reset 90 is a 90-day commitment. Only 5 people will be selected for the first group. This program is not open to everyone because I want to work with people who are truly ready to change their habits.
To join, you must apply first. If you are accepted, your place will be confirmed after payment.
Program rules
- Be consistent, not perfect.
- Follow the weekly lessons, movement sessions and food focus.
- Complete the weekly check-ins.
- Respect the group and the process.
- Ask questions when needed and communicate if you are struggling.
- Do not compare your progress to others.
- Understand that this is not a quick-fix program.
First group price
Belly Reset 90 includes the 90-day online program, weekly lessons, movement sessions, downloadable action sheets, nutrition guidance, walking goals, weekly check-ins, WhatsApp support, and a supplement kit.
- One payment: 950 EC$
- Two payments: 550 EC$ + 450 EC$
- Total if paid in two parts: 1000 EC$
The first payment is required to confirm your place and prepare your supplement kit.
Once your place is confirmed and the supplement kit is ordered, prepared, or given, the first payment is non-refundable. This is because your spot is reserved and the supplement kit is prepared for you.
This is not a quick-fix program. I do not promise overnight results. Your progress will depend on your consistency, your effort, your health, your lifestyle, and your commitment to the process.
